Incentives and financing
Sales events and incentives are offered by D.R. Horton, apply to select homes, have deadlines and conditions, and are shown with their official fine print. Special interest rates and closing cost incentives that require DHI Mortgage are subject to buyer qualification and availability, and a special rate can end early when its funds run out. Not all buyers or homes will qualify.
