Rate buydowns are for October closings with DHI Mortgage on 30-year fixed-rate loans only (not the ARM or 0-down programs), subject to buyer qualification. They are paid as seller contributions and, together with any other seller-paid closing costs, can't exceed the maximum interested party contribution (IPC) allowed for the loan type and down payment.

Paying cash?
Cash buyers: $20,000 incentive. It is removed if the buyer switches to a mortgage after the initial contract.

Special DHI Mortgage rates
Special interest rates with DHI Mortgage are available on select homes while funds last (buyer must qualify). Ask me for today's rates, or get the incentive sheet for the details.
